You'll need
- old fashioned oats
- almond milk (sub any milk)
- pinch of salt
- peanut butter
- fresh/frozen berries
- honey (optional)
Make a 2:1 ratio of milk to oats (i.e. 2 cups of milk for 1 cup of oats) and stir together in a saucepan. Add a pinch of salt, and bring mixture to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, turn down the heat to medium/low and continue stirring until most of the liquid is absorbed. Take off heat and add frozen berries and peanut butter. I like to add a drizzle of honey to sweeten it up. Serve immediately!
