Broccoli Pasta Salad

You'll need:

- broccoli

- craisins

- sunflower seeds (or any nut to add crunch)

- gluten free pasta

- mayonnaise

- balsamic vinegar

- goat cheese

- red onion


Cook pasta to your liking, I prefer mine al dente. Rinse with cold water to cool. After draining, add about a tablespoon of mayo and balsamic vinegar to your liking. Chop up broccoli and onion and add to pasta mixture, making sure everything is easily coated - add more mayo/vinegar if need be. Toss in craisins, goat cheese, sunflower seeds, or any other toppings you may like. I like to let mine sit in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so all of the flavors can come together.
